The best view of DC fireworks on the 4th? It's not on land.Join us for our annual 4th of July Fireworks Paddle, a guided kayak tour on the Potomac River with a front-row seat to the fireworks over DC's monuments. As America turns 250, there is no better place to celebrate than from the water.

Kayak, paddle, lifejacket, and a guided tour leader on the water with you the whole time.
👨👩👧 Age requirements
Children 11 and under are welcome in a double kayak or canoe with an adult, as long as they can sit independently and fit securely in a lifejacket. Children 12 to 17 may paddle their own boat with a parent or guardian signature and a supervising adult 18+ on the water with them at all times.
A few things to note: locker and dry bag rentals are available on site but not included. Season pass discounts do not apply to special events.
