An Afternoon of Yoga, Mindfulness and Floral Inspiration with Pippa from press pause yoga and mindfulness and April from April’s flower patch.Take a pause from the rush of daily life and treat yourself to a beautifully curated afternoon of gentle self-care, seasonal delights and creativity.
🧘♀️ Begin with a calming yoga and mindfulness session, suitable for all levels, designed to restore balance and help you reconnect with your breath and body.
🌷 Enjoy an inspiring talk with April from April’s flower patch.
☕ Follow with tea and cake, served in tranquil surroundings plus a floral themed creative activity.

Spaces are limited to 6 people to keep the experience intimate and nurturing.

Please note – the event is held in April’s home and garden and there is no wheelchair access and there is a small dog that lives in the property. If you have any concerns, please do let us know. Also please provide any dietary requirements when booking.
Cancellation Terms
If cancelled a month beforehand, a refund will be issued.
If cancelled more than a week to a month beforehand, your place can be transferred to another event.
If cancelled less than a week beforehand or no show at the event - no refund or transfer.
