Dads are back! Join us for an afternoon/evening of house, disco and techno beats under the open sky. The 2nd Dads of Love Rooftop Summer Tea Dance is back at one of Chicago’s hidden gems, Roots Rooftop — a glassed-in, retractable rooftop party room that lets the sunshine (and stars) pour in.
Upstairs, you'll find a full bar with festive specialty cocktails and joyful beats from DJ Dan Darlington and DJ Mike Trotter. Downstairs, the party gets fueled with hand-tossed pizzas and more favorite Roots snacks.
It’s the perfect close out to your 4th of July weekend: open air, open hearts, open dance floor.

Early Arrival - $15 - Must Arrive 2:00 - 3:00PM
Start the party with us and help set the vibe! This limited and special early-arrival ticket is our thank-you to the first guests on the rooftop! Valid only for arrival between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. (After 3:00PM, unused tickets will not be honored (no refunds or late entry with this tier)

Reserve a booth for your crew — with your name on it, space to drop your things, and hostess service all afternoon.
• Reserved Booth (Seats 6) – $60
A little pied-à-terre off the dance floor. Cozy seating for six, personalized reserved signage, and food & drink service from our hostesses.
• Corner Booth (Seats 8) – $80
More space, more lounge. Located in prime corners of the rooftop with a clear view of the action. Includes reserved signage and full hostess food & drink service.
Booths will be labeled and ready when doors open at 2 PM. Arrive early, settle in, and let the rooftop be yours!
