Reid Health Cancer Support Group for July 10

A cancer journey can bring more than physical challenges. It can also lead to feelings of isolation, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion for a patient and their loved ones.

Led by Oncology Social Workers, this support group is designed to help participants build connections, share experiences, and access resources in a supportive environment. Topics might include coping and communication skills, managing treatment side effects, emotional support, community resources, and practical tools for daily life during and after cancer treatment.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, navigating survivorship, or supporting a loved one, you are welcome.
While facilitated by licensed social workers, this isn’t a therapy group. It’s a supportive opportunity to connect with peers who share similar experiences and understand the challenges of cancer.
