Sled Pull (men:50-100kg, women: 25-50kg)
Sled push (men: 100-150kg; women: 50-100kg)
Burpee broad jumps
Sandbag lunges (men:50-70lbs; women: 35-50lbs)
Wall Balls (men:14-20lbs; women:10-14lbs)
Teams can be M/M, F/F, F/M
Ironboot members $50/ person,
Non-members $60
** If Team is made up of one male and one female, they will share the weight; Women will do men’s lower division weight.
