Join us for a full day of patriotism, history, music, and community as we wrap up Cambridge’s 250th American Celebration with an unforgettable Independence Day!
10:00 AM – Independence Day Parade
The celebration begins with our patriotic parade, traveling from Academy Street to Cambridge Central School. Bring your flags, lawn chairs, and hometown spirit as we honor America’s 250th anniversary together!
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Durrin Park Activities
After the parade, head to Durrin Park for a lively afternoon featuring:
1776 Artisans & Craft Demonstrators
Historical Society exhibits
Vendor booths
Durrin Park Stage Performances
11:00 AM – Oneida Indian Nation Singers and Dancers
12:00 PM – Vermont’s Crossover Cloggers
1:00 PM – America’s Birthday Celebration at the Cambridge Public Library & Memorial Park
The festivities continue at the Cambridge Public Library and Memorial Park with a celebration of America’s birthday featuring:
🎶 Patriotic songs performed by members of the Cambridge Central School High School Band
📜 2:00 PM – Community reading and signing of the Declaration of Independence
💥 A grand finale cannon salute
🍩 King’s Donut Cart will also be on site with delicious treats throughout the celebration.
