Camp Dates:

June 3rd through July 18th

(One week off during the week of July 4th)

Camp Times:

Monday through Thursday 9:30-10:30 AM

(Fridays designated for any make-up sessions due to weather)

Camp Details:

24 sessions

Coach led warmup, workouts, and cool-down each day.

Performance tracking using measurable and repeatable benchmark workouts to track your child’s real progress.

Where:

Rider High School turf football field (South end)

Price:

$300 for the entire 24 session 6-week camp.

Pay by the week. $60 for 1-week of camp.

Sample Class:

9:30-9:35 - Mobility and pre-hab

9:35-9:45 - Group line drills (including high leg kicks, lateral movements, animal movements, bounding, jumping, and single-leg movements)

9:45-10:00 - Flying Sprints (begin slow - build to top speed - easy finish) 10-20-10 yards and 20-40-20 yards

10:00-10:10 - Sled sprints 20 yards down, backpedal sled march back.

10:10-10:20 - Agility cone drills

10:20-10:30 - Fun Finisher and Cool Down
