United We Brunch — A Festive Independence Day Kickoff with Lake Norman Business Nexus!We’re flipping the script on our usual meeting, because this time, it’s brunch and red-white-and-blue fellowship all in one!
Join us on Thursday, July 3rd from 8:30 AM to 11 as Bonefish Grill in Huntersville opens early just for us to enjoy their delicious brunch menu and extra time to connect before the holiday weekend begins.
Come dressed in your best Independence Day gear—red, white, and blue encouraged! 🇺🇸 This is a family-friendly event, so bring your spouse, kids, or your buddy along for the fun.
🥓 Menu Highlights:
🥓 Shrimp & Grits – Five wood-grilled shrimp topped with a creamy creole sauce, served over mozzarella cheese-infused grits and finished with green onions, parmesan, and bacon.
🍔 BFG Egg Burger – A half-pound BFG burger on a toasted bun with cheddar cheese, special sauce, and a fried egg on top.
🍤 Bang Bang Shrimp Eggs Benedict – Crispy shrimp on a toasted English muffin with poached eggs and creamy spicy hollandaise, finished with green onions.
🥚 Traditional Eggs Benedict – Smoked ham on a toasted English muffin, topped with poached eggs and classic hollandaise.
