TexasPRA is filing a federal class action against the State of Texas' family court system for flagrant unconstitutionality. At approximately Noon, a public rally and presser media event will be held at the federal courthouse plaza, followed by a parade (or march) towards the Capitol complex to have all Defendants served, plus some group photo-ops along the way.THIS WILL BE AN HISTORIC EVENT - DO NOT MISS OUT!!
The landmark class action legal arguments expose and crush the state family courts for several big reasons. If you are a "noncustodial" parent with less than 50/50 parenting time share from an active or recent Texas court case, you are likely eligible to join the class action as another co-plaintiff Member.
THIS will be an event to be proud of the rest of your life - stories to share with children and grandchildren, because YOU were there when it actually happened!
