🎉 Join us for Guttenberg’s 4th of July Celebration — two days of nonstop family fun, live music, food, and fireworks! The excitement kicks off on Friday, July 4th, with live music by Triple Threat from 6 to 9 p.m. in beautiful Ingleside Park. Bring your chairs, your friends, and your dancing shoes for a summer evening along the river!
The fun continues on Saturday, July 5th, starting bright and early with the Farmers Market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the 400 block of South River Park Drive — shop for fresh produce, treats, and unique local goodies. Over at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital & Clinic, registration for the annual Firecracker Classic 5K Walk/Run begins at 8 a.m. The Little Sparkers Kids Fun Run starts at 8:45 a.m., followed by the Women’s & Men’s 5K at 9 a.m. At 10 a.m., head to the Clayton Ridge High School playground for the Bike Rodeo, sponsored by the Guttenberg Police Department — every participant receives a free helmet and a chance to win a brand-new scooter or bike! Stay after to decorate your bikes at the Bike Decorating Station, sponsored by Rivertown Family Dentistry. The Guttenberg Fire Department will be cooling things down with tons of water fun starting at 2 p.m. The main celebration kicks off at 3 p.m. in Ingleside Park, where you’ll find food trucks, music, drinks, inflatables, face painting, kids train rides, and so much more! Don’t miss the Watermelon Eating Contest at 4 p.m. — open to all ages for some sweet, messy fun. The festive parade lineup begins at 6 p.m. behind Meuser Lumber Co., with the parade rolling down River Park Drive at 7 p.m., followed by performances from the Clayton Ridge Drill Team and Star Power Dance Team at the Veterans Memorial. To wrap up an incredible day, stick around for more music, food, and glowing light-up toys leading up to the grand finale — a spectacular fireworks show at 10 p.m., launching from the football field.
