Open Arms Food Pantry and Resource Center will be hosting a Special Needs Play Day

An event on July 25th, 2026, to provide an inclusive play experience for children with physical

disabilities and intellectual disabilities.
On event day, families will be able to obtain:
1. Health Access Information
2. Learn CPR & First Aid Techniques
3. Speak with Behavioral and Occupational Therapy Agencies
4. Enjoy Sensory Toys & Sports Games
5. Play with Board Games
6. Receive Free Snacks, Popcorn, Beverages and Swag Items
7. Enjoy Carnival Rides
8. Free Hygiene Kits + Extended Sized Diapers

We are seeking corporate sponsors, in-kind toy or product donations and have availability of activation areas for brands that would like to provide free product or services.

Sponsorships range from $2,500 - $20,000

Health Agency Tabling Fee - $250.00 per 10 x10 space

Social Service Agencies Fee -$175.00 per 10 x 10 space

Food Vendors or Food Trucks - $300 per truck or booth space
