Soldotna is excited to host its 68th Annual Progress Days! Held annually, the 4th weekend in July, this is the largest event of the year for our community.Save the date: Saturday, July 26th, 2025.
The celebration kicks off with Soldotna’s Progress Days Parade! The Parade lineup begins at 9 am on Saturday in the Soldotna Prep School parking along the access road that connects to Soldotna High School’s parking lot- parade starts at 11 am down Marydale Ave. The parade route follows Marydale Ave and turns onto Binkley St., passes by the Borough Building, where the Judges & Emcee are located, before disbursing onto Redoubt Ave to mark the parade’s end.
Immediately following the annual Progress Days Parade is the Block Party in Parker Park! The Block Party is full of free carnival activities, outdoor games, craft vendors, food trucks, the City’s free BBQ, and fair contests (Pie Eating, Diaper Derby, Cosplay Costume Contest, etc, all with chances to win prizes). Can’t wait to see you all there!
