We're bringing back the Soca Bounce, a fun workout experience, to the farm for a series over the summer. On the first and third Fridays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, we'll be bouncing to Soca rhythms led by Soca Bounce Fitness instructor Raakeebah Mann.
You must pre-register to get fitted for the appropriate size rebound shoes based on your shoe size and weight. Fill out the registration at stpeteyouthfarm.org/bounce
We'll have the following dates available:
