My name is Wendy Strout, and I'm a coordinator and committee member for the upcoming Red, White, and Blue Festival, proudly held here in St. Marys, Kansas, on June 27th and 28th.Our festival is dedicated to a very important cause: honoring our brave veterans and celebrating the indispensable role our military plays in protecting our country. We believe it's vital to recognize their sacrifices and contributions, and the festival provides a wonderful opportunity for our communities to come together and show our gratitude.
A key highlight of the festival is our patriotic parade, where we particularly aim to shine a light on our veterans and the strength of our military. We're reaching out to any and all veterans who would like to walk or ride in the parade in uniform or out, and we're also reaching out to local businesses in hopes of getting more involvement and making this year's event the most memorable yet.
Here's how you can participate:
* Donation: By sending a check or money order to Kaw Valley State Bank, St. Marys, Kansas, attention to Josh.
* Parade Participation: Enter a float, walking group, or vehicle in our parade to show your patriotism and honor our veterans.
