This event is stacked with talent. Lovely Summer Daze (LSD) is more than just a show about music. This is about art and the many different ways people express their creativity, this is about the culture, PLURR, making friendships and connections. The music, the artwork, the flow, the visuals, the vendors, and the food will all be presented by some of the best in their craft.
You can rest assured the sounds will be crisp and smooth thanks to Duluth Dj Takeover for providing the lights and the sound!
If you havent had a chance to see the lasers NLE has, now is your chance. As he will have them here and it adds quite the dynamic.
Alien Support Group will have its portal dome set up and some cool flow props for you to try! They will also be spinning fire.
Since my last post, we have added more members from H.A.C. Human.Artistic.Collaboration who will be out with their featured artist MANA Bear. Mercury Mirror will also be joining us as our VJ for the visuals. He will be doing some great things for the production! Kyle will also be joining in with a black light area and a string art installation! So remember to bring your UV rave gear! And your flow props!
We also have confirmed 3 vendors with an assortment of cool handmade crafts and artwork for sale!
Hot food will be available by a good friend of mine Shane Corbine and his indigenous-owned and operated catering business "Keepin' It Culture Catering". Indian tacos are a for sure on the menu. With some sides and possibly hand-squeezed lemonade. We are doing our best to keep this as affordable as possible and tasty as we can! Free unlimited water will be available!
Come set up camp on the 4th you can come hang out or help set up too! Stay until the 6th, and if you stick around we will be tubing down the Namekagon River with Jack's Canoes sunday afternoon. It'll be a nice way to relax and unwind and share stories from the weekend!
This is a community collective of so many wonderful people coming together for a night under the sky in a field surrounded by trees. Donations are appreciated and encouraged!
Come dance the night away with some truly amazing people. If you havent gone to an event like this I recommend this be your first so you can experience what the scene really is all about. Don't forget to bring your kandi, trinkets and sprouts!
