Independence Weekend is returning to Rural Retreat Lake for the first time since 2012.Join Wythe County and Wythe County Parks and Recreation for Liberty at the Lake, a three-day Independence Weekend Festival, July 3–5, 2026.
This long-anticipated celebration marks the return of a signature Fourth of July tradition at the lake
