July 4th | 250th American Independence Anniversary - WaterFire Full Lighting

This Independence Day, WaterFire Providence presents a Full Lighting on the rivers of downtown Providence as part of the official RI250 Commission celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

From afternoon through midnight, Providence comes alive with music, dance, art, fire, and community - a sweeping, multi-venue celebration honoring 250 years of American history and the living spirit of Rhode Island.

The fire shall be set ablaze at sunset alongside orchestral performances, ballet, community singing, live music, riverside projections, and a procession through the heart of the city.
