• There are no restrooms onboard, so please use the facilities before boarding.

• The cruise is unable to accommodate wheelchairs or strollers

• The cruise operates in all weather conditions (subject to Coastguard clearance).

• Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival at the boat

• Please park and arrive in a timely manner. It's advised that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to departure as traffic will be heavy across Miami.

• The complimentary prosecco and sodas will be served by the glass during the cruise

• Beer, wine and canned cocktails will be available for purchase

• No outside food and drinks, large bags, smoking, vaping, or animals are allowed on the cruise
