Vancouver group training program for runners and walkers of all abilities!
- Weekly Saturday group workouts rotating each weekend between Foot Traffic Vancouver and other Clark-county based partner locations!
- Pace group mentors for runners, walk/joggers, and walkers! Find your pace with us!
- Weekly email with workouts and guidance.

- BONUS! Program completion medals! New members (anyone that hasn't received a medal yet) will get a sweet medal for finishing the program! Every subsequent session after that, you will earn extra lanyard pins to affix to your lanyard on your medal to keep track of your progress!
- Variety of goal events for 5K, 10K, and our goal Half marathon on July 4th (or the late spring/summer half marathon of your choice).
