How about a little hometown holiday weekend fun?!?EVERYONE is encouraged to participate in this year's
❤️FREEDOM FUN-RUN/WALK/RUCK❤️
This event starts and ends at the CrossFit Viroqua location at 1316 N. Main St in Viroqua and takes you down the scenic Viroqua-Westby multi-purpose trail. The event is open to ANYONE of any age or ability who would like to join in the fun. There is NO CHARGE for this event, we just ask that you bring a non-perishable food item or monetary donations for the Bethel Butikk Food Pantry. The FUN-RUN officially starts at 9:00 am on July 4th, rain or shine.
You have the option to choose the distance that works for you. Whether you walk, run or ruck, there will be a 1 mile, 5k, 5-mile or even a 10-mile route!!! The trail will be marked for turn around spots for all distance options and hydration stations will be set up along the way. When participants complete their walk or run and return to CrossFit Viroqua, there will be🌭hotdogs, chips, drinks and of course...Ice Cream!!!🍦These food items will be available for a freewill donation.
Wear as much red, white and blue, as you can. The dress up theme is PATRIOTIC. There will be prizes for best dressed!!🗽
