******************
The event takes place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 2PM until 10PM Your first stop is Rick & Roxy’s at 2131 Lombard Street. Arrive anytime between 2PM and 8PM to grab your wristband and the official map that shows every participating bar. Once that wristband is on your wrist, you’re ready to go.
You’ll visit places like Jaxson, Westwood, The Blue Light, Union Street Ale House, Palm House, The Brixton, Comet Club, Wizards & Wands, White Rabbit, and more. At each bar you get drink specials made just for wristband holders, so you can try different drinks without worrying about the cost. Live DJs are set up at several spots, playing music that gets louder and more fun as the afternoon turns into evening.
What really sets this crawl apart is how social it feels. People are chatting at the bars, playing the “Find the Gnome” game together, and cheering during the Hot Dog Eating Contest and Pie Eating Contest. The contests happen during the day, so you can watch people go for glory while you enjoy your own food and drinks. Red, white, and blue party favors are handed out, and the whole neighborhood feels decorated for America 250, the big 250th birthday celebration happening this year.
The Marina makes everything better because it’s walkable and full of good energy. You can move from one bar to the next without long waits or complicated plans. Many people start in the afternoon when it’s still light out, enjoy the contests and games, then stay for the music and drinks as it gets darker. By 10PM when the official crawl ends, you’re already in the perfect spot to step outside and watch the San Francisco fireworks show with the rest of the crowd.
