We're hosting an Americana cookout on overlooking Madison’s Independence Day fireworks display.
• Seating on our lawn - 1st come, 1st seated
• Cookout featuring summertime favorites and our Beach Bar. All available for sale - 6 - 9 p.m.
• Live music with LOVEFOX until fireworks 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.
• Fireworks to begin in the 9 o’clock hour.
• The event is open to the community and hotel guests.
• This event is FREE and open to the public.
• Food & Beverage Available for Sale.
• An ATM is located in the hotel lobby.
• This event will take place on the hotel's lawn and beach.
BEACH BAR MENU OPTIONS FOR SALE
*Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
Hotel Parking is limited to registered hotel guests, guests attending the wedding event, and guests with restaurant reservations. We encourage all other attendees to take advantage of the parking and shuttle at the Surf Club. (See Below)

PARKING AND SHUTTLE SERVICE
Due to limited parking and road closures due to the fireworks, we encourage guests to use the free fireworks shuttle. Please visit link for further shuttle information: https://www.madisonct.org/712/Independence-Day-Events
Please obey all Madison Police Department signs and instructions for parking.
**SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
The Town of Madison Annual Independence Day Fireworks will be displayed from a barge just south of the West Wharf pier on July 2, 2025 at 9:30 PM. Everyone is encouraged to arrive early as there will be traffic delays, road closures and parking restrictions.
**FIREWORKS PARKING**
Parking at West Wharf will be prohibited starting mid-morning on Wednesday to allow for the set-up of the fireworks.
The Town will be running shuttle buses to the Surf Club on a continuous loop starting at 7 p.m. with stops at the Rt. 79 Commuter Lot, the Madison Train Station, and the Stop ‘n Shop parking lot.
