🇺🇸🎆 **Celebrate Independence Day in Poplar Bluff!** 🎆🇺🇸The **Daily American Republic Independence Day Parade** returns to Downtown Poplar Bluff on **Saturday, July 4**, bringing the community together to celebrate the freedoms, sacrifices and spirit that define our nation.
Gather your family, decorate your vehicles, and join hundreds of residents as we honor America’s birthday with patriotic pride.
📍 **Parade Lineup Information**
• Lineup begins at **6:30 a.m.** at **Sky High Indoor Park** on Cheshire Boulevard
• Enter Cheshire Boulevard from **Highway 53**
• Lineup order is **first come, first served**
• All drivers should be in their vehicles and ready to depart by **8:30 a.m.**
• Parade begins at **9 a.m.**
Sign up for the parade online at www.darnews.com and click July 4th Parade in the top menu bar or drop by the DAR to pick up an entry form.
🚗 **Parade Route**
The parade will travel from the **Highway 53 and Ditch Road intersection** into Downtown Poplar Bluff, passing the **Black River Coliseum** and **Butler County Courthouse**.
⚠️ **Important Reminders**
• Floats will exit onto Cheshire Boulevard traveling south and turn left onto Highway 142
• All groups, floats and vehicles should arrive together before entering the lineup
• If you're waiting on additional participants, please stage at **Whitely Park**
• Due to limited space, only parade vehicles should enter the lineup parking area
