On July 4th and 5th East at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire’s contemporary Asian restaurant with sweeping lake views will host a captivating Nikkei culinary journey curated by Chef Arturo Monteiro from JW Marriott Goa.

Hailing from Lima Chef Arturo Monteiro blends Peruvian heritage with Japanese precision shaped by his training under Japanese culinary masters and education at D’Gallia Culinary Institute and Le Cordon Bleu. Now helming the kitchen at Heliconia JW Marriott Goa’s celebrated Japanese restaurant his cooking reflects deep craftsmanship and emotion—telling a nuanced tale of two distant cultures brought together through the bold harmony of Nikkei cuisine.

Diners can expect a vibrant selection of Nikkei specialties—from tiraditos sashimi-style cuts enhanced with fiery Peruvian sauces to anticuchos flame-grilled skewers marinated in miso garlic and smoke for rich umami-packed bites.
