Join us beneath the shady oaks by the water as we celebrate America the Beautiful's 250th Anniversary with a joyful morning of movement, community, and gratitude.
Together we'll flow through an all-levels yoga practice inspired by freedom, resilience, peace, and the beauty of gathering in nature. Whether you're a longtime Park Yogi or joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome.
After class (Optional): Bend & Bake
Stay afterward to relax, connect, share conversation, and enjoy a little post-yoga treat together.
Recommended to Bring: Yoga mat, hydration, any props you love, a LARGE BLANKET for under mat, a friend and your smile!
