About this Event

If you haven't yet attended an ENDVR Workout, you are in for a treat. ENDVR Active Community is known for our creative workouts and our tight knit fitness community. ENDVR Active Community takes pride in creating the most welcoming environment possible. No matter your fitness level or abilities, you will feel right at home amongst family. We work hard to make sure you are not only getting a great workout but also meeting new people and having fun!

Kick off your 4th of July with this explosive workout that will take you through multiple disciplines with fun, Independance day themed exercises. Workout is done at your own pace. You have the freedom to start the workout anytime between 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Show up whenever is best for you!

All levels are welcome. We will make modifications to the workout to fit your fitness level.
