Lie back under the night sky and let sound carry you into deep rest.

This outdoor community sound bath blends crystal bowls, gong, drums, and chimes to create resonance that calms the body and helps reset the nervous system. The backdrop won’t be silent—birds, tree frogs and evening sounds will be part of the symphony.

All are welcome. Come exactly as you are.

WHAT TO BRING
- Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort
- Layers for warmth (energy work is weird!)
- Water

Please bring your own mat/blanket if you have one. If not, let me know ahead of time and I can bring extras.

If lying down isn’t comfortable, feel free to bring a lawn chair or whatever works best for you.

This event is donation-based. Pay what you are able.
