Start Location: Rock Harbor Church, 1805 Oak St.
Cart Lineup: 3:30 pm
Judging: 3:45 pm
Parade Kickoff: 4:00 pm
Parade Route: West on Driftwood Ave. to Pine St., then North on Pine St. to Ocean Ave., ending at the 4th of July celebration at Ryckman Park.
Prizes awarded for best decorated vehicle, best child costume, and best pet costume!
Parade Guidelines:
All entries in the parade must be family-friendly and fit the intended theme, which is a small-town 4th of July holiday parade.
The following are prohibited from entry into the parade:
🚫Any entries that are used as a political platform
🚫Any entries that are deemed to contain controversial or inappropriate subjects, themes, or messages
🚫Any entries that are used strictly to promote a business and that do not have a 4th of July holiday theme and decorations
**The Parade Marshal has the final say on the line-up, as well as whether or not an entry is deemed to meet the above criteria. The Parade Marshal, on behalf of the MBVFA, reserves the right to remove any entry from the parade, at any time, for any reason.**
