Marius had the opportunity to lead whiskey events at North Texas Irish Festival and Sherman Texas' Highland Games & Festival this month, both a little different in scope & style, but great opportunities to review here at OTV's Cellar!

The lineup includes Single Malt, Single Pot Still, Single Grain & Blend sourced from Ireland, Scotland & Wales, with a range of barrels or cask finishing bringing lots of flavors to the table.

A fun opportunity for Whiskey Drinkers to learn a little more about Whiskey Tasting. With a quick review using our favorite Tasting Glass, the NEAT Glass alongside our trade's favorite Glencairn Glass, and reminding guests that we gather "70%" of flavor via our nose not our tongue, so aromatics are key!

As I will be using some of the same whiskies as were presented at NTIF if you were with us for that the biggest difference will be location, lots more china & glass and easier conversations at the table!
