Join us on Friday, July 4, 2025, from 10–11 AM as Strawbery Banke Museum, in partnership with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), proudly hosts a Naturalization Ceremony welcoming new U.S. citizens.

• Ceremony begins at 10 AM
• Seating is limited and first-come, first-served
• Held outdoors—please dress for the weather

• A water bottle
• Hat, sunscreen, or rain gear, depending on the forecast
• A camera or phone to capture the moment (please be respectful when photographing others)

To help keep the event safe and welcoming for everyone, please do not bring:
• Weapons of any kind
• Signs, banners, or flags on poles
• Clothing with offensive or abusive language or symbols
• Non-service animals
Visitors arriving with prohibited items will be asked to return them to their vehicles. Strawbery Banke Museum is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Very limited accessible-only parking is available in the Museum's parking lot at 14 Hancock Street, Portsmouth, NH, on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible drop-off and seating areas are available. Parking in the neighborhood is limited—please allow extra time or consider carpooling.

This is a joyful and solemn occasion for new citizens. We ask all guests follow the direction of USCIS officials and Museum staff during the ceremony and also review the Museum's Visitor Code of Conduct before attending (located on the bottom of the following page: https://www.strawberybanke.org/plan-a-visit)

Museum admission is free for all visitors on July 4. Take time to explore the historic homes and gardens, and the stories they preserve.
