To celebrate the final Black Sabbath show at Villa Park we've dedicated the whole weekend to Birmingham's legendary instigators of the heavy metal genre so if you're travelling in from around the UK or abroad for this weekend's very special event Subside is where you need to be when you're not at Villa Park for the actual event or if you can't afford the tickets in the current UK cost of living crisis.To start with on Friday July 4th we will be warming everyone up for the big event with Birmingham's very own Masters Of Sabbath peforming all the Ozzy-era Sabbath hits live on stage. Doors open at 5pm, admission is FREE till 9pm then £5 afterwards, and following the band's 2 x 45 minute sets our resident DJ's will take you through till 6am in the morning at Birmingham's best rock & alternative music bar!
Then on Saturday July 5th our doors open at 12pm (noon) and at the time of writing the information is that the whole of the event at Villa Park will be screened live on Sky Arts. If this is so we will show this live on our big screen and TVs with sound through our system.
Later we will be holding an aftershow party till 6am with our resident DJ's taking you through the night with the best rock, metal, punk & alternative music around plus plenty of SABBATH!
Admission on Saturday is FREE till 9pm then £5 afterwards or just £4 to anyone with the Black Sabbath gig ticket!
Also, all weekend we will have four exclusive Black Sabbath cocktails, buy all four to receive a full set of Subside guitar plectrums (6 in total) to commemorate the weekend!
Plus on Sunday we will open at 3:30pm and show the whole stream all over again at 4:00pm for anyone that was working and missed it and anyone that wants to rewatch or re-experience the whole event again!
