Note: NO classes (no zoom or in-person) on Monday, July 4th. Easy Tai Chi will resume the following week.The meditative, sequenced form of Easy Tai Chi is gentle, graceful, and flowing, using movements from longer Tai Chi forms that affect the entire body. Benefits may include improved balance, coordination, and strength, increased relaxation, energy, circulation, flexibility, muscle tone, enhanced immune system, and lower blood pressure.
Previous experience is not required.
