Join Sweat Club for our 7th annual 4-mile Ruck Run/walk 4th of July morning at Greenway Farms in Hixson. All are welcome!
We will meet at 8am to avoid the heat and have a group that is running/jogging and a group that is walking it. For those of you who want to do the ruck option, you will need to have some kind of additional weight on you, like a vest. If you don't have a vest you can still them on Amazon or for an easy option, you can wear a backpack with some kind of weight in there (even put some books in it!) Otherwise, come as you are and get in a great workout! We will have some snacks and cold beverages for when we are done and can hang out for a bit if you'd like! Come on out, have fun, wear your red, white and blue and start your 4th off in an awesome way! This is a FREE event, open to the public! Bring your friends and family!
