Watertown Chamber of Commerce Annual Independence Day ParadeThe Watertown Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the return of our annual Independence Day Parade, taking place in downtown Watertown on July 4th. This community event celebrates the spirit of our nation and brings together residents and visitors for a festive and patriotic occasion.
This year’s parade theme is “Stars, Stripes, and Squirt Guns,” continuing our popular tradition of water-friendly fun. Participants and spectators are welcome to bring squirt guns to enjoy a lighthearted and refreshing experience along the parade route.
A designated NO-Squirt Zone will be included at the end of the parade route for those who prefer not to participate in water activities. Participants who wish to remain dry and not carry squirt guns should indicate this preference on the parade entry form. This ensures that everyone who wants to be part of the celebration can do so comfortably and respectfully.
Please note: Water balloons are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of all attendees and participants.
The parade will begin at Round Lick Baptist Church, proceed east along Main Street, and conclude at Sparta Pike / Highway 70.
