By Purchasing a ticket to this event, I agree that ticket & table sales for this event are NON-REFUNDABLE and all sales are FINAL. By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table, I assume responsibility at my own risk and have no rights to a refund if this event is canceled for any reason including but not restricted to: divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention, new COVID-19 restrictions, personal perspective & evaluations, or any other Force Majeure event beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer. ABOUT MONKEY SAFARI:

Real-life brothers Sven Fröhlich and Lars Herzog, from Halle, Germany. The duo behind Hommage Records — the label that became a home for melodic, emotive house and a launchpad for artists like BLOND:ISH, Re.you, and Tensnake. Over 15 years deep as a duo, with 830K+ monthly Spotify listeners and main-stage sets at Time Warp and Awakenings.

Their sound sits where deep house meets melodic and progressive — slow-build arrangements, lush chord work, the kind of grooves that pull a room without ever asking. They've remixed Moby, collaborated with Kölsch, Guy Gerber, and Josh Wink, and landed on John Digweed's Bedrock at #2 on Beatport's Progressive House chart.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention, personal perspective & evaluations, artist or event cancelations, new COVID-19 restrictions, or any other Force Majeure events beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer, will refunds be issued. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, damage, loss, or expenses of any kind (“Claims”).

Release and Waiver: You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event promoters, vendors, and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords, along with their officers, directors, and employees, from any Claims arising out of or related to your attendance at the event.
4. Event Continuity: This event will proceed rain or shine, and refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions or changes in personal perspective or evaluation.
5. Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control necessitate the cancellation of the event, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to such occurrences.
6. Transfer and Credit Options: While refunds are not available, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person or to receive credit toward a future event. Terms and conditions for transfers or credits apply and will be communicated upon request.
