You're invited to help commemorate Independence Day and Support RocMaidan. We are proud to represent Ukraine by participating in the Irondequoit Independence Day Parade.ARRIVAL
Meet at Irondequoit High School Staging area – between 10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
PARADE
The parade begins at 11:00 a.m. Those marching with RocMaidan should be done at approximately 12:30 a.m. The parade will end at the Irondequoit Town Hall.
WHO IS INVITED TO MARCH WITH US?
March with Ukrainian veterans, Kalyna Ukrainian dancers, Plast and Cym scouting members, Rochester community members, friends and families who support RocMaidan and Ukraine.
WHAT TO WEAR AND CARRY
Wear something Ukrainian, or yellow and blue. Carry American and Ukrainian flags, sunflowers. Decorate a stroller with American and Ukrainian flags, sunflowers, yellow and blue ribbons, etc. Please no political signs.
