Marshalltown is the Red, White and Blue Capitol of Iowa and is the center for celebrating America's independence. 2025's Red, White & Blue Celebration will be July 3rd and 4th. Offical Website here: marshalltown4thofjuly.comJuly 3rd details: The 13th Street District will be hosting our annual Car Cruise In! Join us on Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, so we can kick off the Red, White & Blue 4th of July Celebrations in Marshalltown! Since this event fills up fast, we have again extended the staging areas up into the Iowa Veterans Home (IVH) so everyone in our community and at IVH enjoy!!
This is a free family-friendly event with classic cars, trucks, tractors and motorcycles on display, timeless tunes by CatTrax Productions, and food trucks for good eats all right in the 13th Street District from 5:00 PM to 7:30PM on N. 13th St and up in the Iowa Veterans Home parking lot right past the Memorials. Car Cruise Out will parade through the Iowa Veterans Home grounds starting at 7:00 PM for our Veterans to enjoy too!

In addition to our event, Live After 5 will be hosting a concert in the park! A double header with local artist Buz Owen from 5:00-6:30 PM and the amazing B2wins (The Brazilian Twins) from 7:00-9:00 PM in West End Park for this outstanding outdoor concert! (Official event link coming soon!) Ice cold adult beverages will be available to purchase courtesy of Live After 5 during from 5:00-9:00 PM that can be enjoyed both in the District and the park! Bring lawn chairs or a picnic blanket to sit on or revel in the grass to get some dancing on! Food trucks will stay on site until 9:00 PM too!

Make plans to shine up your hot rods and classic vehicles before you go and make our Cruise-In before you head that way for the weekend so the soldiers at the Iowa Veterans Home can enjoy it too!
