Liberty Community Health Action Team - LCHAT and our market will join together to support healthy eating and fitness awareness in our community.
? LCHAT will provide the first 100 shoppers who stop by the info. tent a FREE $5 LCHAT token to be used at that week’s farmers market for those fresh fruits and veggies.
??? They will also have delicious seasonal recipe cards that include ingredients you can find at the market!
? ?♀️? Serenity on the Square will host yoga in the West side green space at 9am. Start your weekend with good vibes ? and then have fun shopping local at the market!
