Spend the Fourth of July dancing with us! It's going to be a great dance, with an incredible band and caller in from out of town.
Jacqui Grennan (SoCal) is calling to the music of the The Syncopaths (SoCal and Seattle)

Beginning lesson at 6:30
Dance 7-10 pm
Lake Merritt Dance Center

We're doing Befores regularly now!
Come to Snow Park (bounded by 19th, Harrison, & Lakeside; 10 min walk south of the Lake Merritt Dance Center, on the west side of Lake Merritt) for picnic befores! We'll meet at Snow Park at 5:30pm to eat and then walk up to the Dance Center. Bring your own food or something to share. This is a good opportunity to hang out with other contra dancers socially, especially if it's difficult for you to stay out late for afters! You can RSVP at the link below, or just show up.
