Red & White Miso Soup with Wagyu
Silky miso broth with tender slices of Wagyu, mushrooms, tofu, garnished with fresh scallions.
Salad
Seared Wagyu Carpaccio Salad
Paper-thin seared Wagyu with arugula, shaved fennel, radish, and a sesame-ponzu dressing, finished with toasted black sesame seeds.
Main Course
Grilled A5 Wagyu chuck roll served with asparagus, creamy mashed potatoes, and soy-wasabi jus.
