Join us for the annual Independence Day Celebration on July 3rd at Beaverdam Creek Park! The event will feature live music by Phantom, local food vendors, and a fireworks show by Manuel’s Fireworks at dark. The celebration will take place from 7-9pm. In case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled to Labor Day. Parking will be available along South Shady Avenue, at the large long-term lot across from the Library, at the Town Park, and throughout downtown. West Laurel Avenue and Water Street will be closed for traffic control following the event. Fireworks are still expected to be visible from much of downtown Damascus, just like they were from the Town Park.
