This is an IN PERSON class at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This registration is for the full series on Tuesdays, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/25, 6 to 8 pm CST (same start and end time each week). NOTE: No class on 7/4 to observe the Independence Day holiday.

What to Know

• This series includes Comfort Measures, Understanding Your Newborn, and Breastfeeding Foundations. Please do not register for separate classes on those topics.

• Take this class in the third trimester of pregnancy, between 30 and 36 weeks.

• Class 1: Introductory material and early labor
• Class 2: Active labor
• Class 3: Transition, pushing, birth
• Class 4: Postpartum recovery
• Class 5: Understanding your Newborn
• Class 6: Breastfeeding Foundations

Cost

• Vanderbilt University Medical Center patients: $50

• Delivering elsewhere: $175
