Wellness Weekends Saturdays & Sundays free Outdoor Classes!
June 6 - Sept. 13th (No classes on July 4, 5, 11 & 12th over the 4th of July and Bastille Days.
9 am Yoga and 10:15 am select format either Pilates, barre, Gentle Yoga Stretch, Zumba, Tai Chi or Body Circuit! Come try them all for free! sign up waiver: https://forms.gle/mQF5myjuem13719X8
Sign up through the East Town Milwaukee events page for a required waiver, donation and raffle! Raffles announced on random days! Walk away with a raffle prize for signing up through East Town (Must be present to win!) https://easttown.com/
I want you all to know Cathedral Square Market moved to Thursdays this year before Jazz in the Park. This will be Wellness Classes only. Some food trucks and near by restaurants for brunch. Plan a picnic and stay awhile. Yoga waiver and sign up in advance.
Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, sun glasses, hat, sun block.
Feel free to use the stage space behind the instructor for an up-close experience that will guarantee shade and volume.
