We’re bringing the RAH! Power energy for our July First Saturday of the month FREE community workout. Join us at 10am at Black Star Co-op for an hour long full body cardio and strength workout. Bring a mat and water and Tricia & Omar will bring the fun. Stay after for Black Star’s awesome RAHsome noms (avocado sammy w/fried egg please)! And bring a friend or family members who are visiting for July 4th weekend! ?RAH!?
