Join us for a FREE Hot Yoga class on Saturday, July 5th! It's a great opportunity to experience the incredible benefits of a heated practice and check out our fun and modern studio!
New to yoga? This is a beginner-friendly class, but it does require a tolerance to heat. The studio is heated to 100 degrees, so you will definitely sweat!
Our Signature Hot class features a set sequence that combines postures synched with your breath, a fun and challenging balancing series, and dynamic core work in a heated room leaving you feeling detoxed and energized.
Advanced registration is highly recommended to ensure availability as space is limited!
