9 AM: Parade prep begins
11 AM: Parade start

11 AM: BBQ prep
12 PM: BBQ start
Late Afternoon Fun
1:30 PM: Hot Dog Eating Contest

Fire Fighter Games:
4 PM: Bucket Brigade (grounded)
