A fireworks show set to live orchestral music returns to the South Beach shoreline as part of this year’s Fourth of July celebration at Lummus Park. The Independence Day Fireworks & Patriotic Concert begins at 8:30 p.m. with a patriotic performance by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival Orchestra, followed by a grand fireworks display at 9:00 p.m., synchronized to the music.
Presented by the Ocean Drive Association in partnership with the City of Miami Beach and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, the event takes place at Ocean Drive and 12th Street and runs through 10:00 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to make reservations at nearby alfresco restaurants or bring beach chairs, blankets and picnic fare to enjoy the evening from the sand.
