Join us for a WOD before the fireworks at the Fort. This year the Virginia 250 will host the greatest fireworks show in the 757 along with tons of food trucks, local vendors, and craft beers. Hit up the beach after the WOD and stick around for a spectacular fireworks show. CrossFit Fort Monroe will open up its doors to local CrossFit gyms in our area. We will host multiple WOD times starting at 7am. Bring your gym bestie, This event is FREE.
