The largest free jazz festival on the West Coast, The Fillmore Jazz Festival, returns to San Francisco the weekend of July 1-2, 2023.
Typically drawing more than 50,000 visitors daily over Independence Day weekend, the Festival blends art and soul in one of the most unique neighborhoods in San Francisco. From sun-up to sun-down, visitors groove to the sounds of live music from multiple stages over 8 blocks, browse fine arts and crafts, and enjoy gourmet food and beverages.

Music line-up as of today includes: Zepparella, Sylvia Cuenca Group, Jazz Mafia featuring Yvette Pylant & Aima The DRMR, Mario y su Timbeko, Ricardo Scales and his Legendary Band, Charged Particles, SLUGish Ensemble, Jazz Education Ensemble, Keys All-Stars Trio featuring Simon Rowe, Mission Delirium, Juan Diego Villalobos and more to come! Legendary Kim Nalley and Grammy award winner Tammy Hall will close each festival day.
Sponsored by The Fillmore Merchants Association, the Festival offers residents, community groups, sponsors, local businesses, exhibitors and food vendors many ways to participate. As in past years, the Association is excited to bring the
Festival back to showcase artists, writers and entrepreneurs, nonprofits and SF based bastions, to locals and travelers.
