Policy

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All attendees must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo identification.
• Admission is subject to venue capacity, security screening, and venue management approval.
• Event programming, entertainment, activities, promotional offerings, and giveaways are subject to change, modification, substitution, delay, or cancellation at any time without notice.
• Promotional items, gift bags, coozies, food items, drink tickets, jello shots, tattoos, and other complimentary offerings are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last, and are not guaranteed with ticket purchase.
• The "First 500 Guests" promotion is limited to qualifying guests as determined by event management and venue staff.
• Drink tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed as specified by event management.
• Guests voluntarily participate in all event activities, including but not limited to the dunk tank and tattoo activations, entirely at their own risk.
• The event organizers, venue, sponsors, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen property, personal belongings, weather-related interruptions, or any other incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for any reason permitted by applicable law, including intoxication, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, possession of fraudulent identification, or violation of venue policies, without refund.
• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued due to changes in programming, weather, line wait times, venue capacity restrictions, or promotional item availability.
• By entering the event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.
• Event organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce all event policies at their sole discretion.
